HOA Annual Dues

HOA Dues:

Our current yearly obligation for annual dues is $145.00. Payment is due on January 1st and no later than January 31st of each year. Late payments will incur interest charges at the rate of 18% annually. There will also be a $25.00 late fee assessed after January 31st.  If dues are not paid by March 1st, you will receive a notice of intent to record a claim of lien against the property. Please make every effort to avoid these unnecessary late fees, interest charges, attorney fees and collection fees.

If you bank online, you can pay your dues through your bank's Bill Pay Service or Pay a Person if that's available. You may also pay your dues here on the web site with your credit card although there will be credit card fees added. Due's payment may also be mailed to Queens Cove HOA, 3542 Majesty Loop, Winter Haven FL 33880. This is a Mailbox Only; it is not a physical address.
