Under Florida Law, the Queens Cove subdivision is a “Deed Restricted” community and must maintain its own governing body. When you purchased your property or rented a property in this subdivision, you agreed to follow our By-Laws and Restrictions as well as pay the annual dues. The HOA does not exist to harass our members or bother you for minor By-Law or Restriction violations. It is our intent to manage the community in a manner which protects the property values of all residents. We have nothing to gain from our participation on the Board. We are volunteers and have to pay our dues just like you.
